It’s been a long, strange trip in this job market, with some fits and starts and temporary stops along the way, but I’ve finally landed with my feet firmly on the ground.

If you follow the news, you know Axios – from the famed “Smart Brevity” writing style to the scoop-making machine on the White House, international diplomacy, Wall Street dealmaking and more.
After about eight years away from daily business media, doing other things (local news, social media, lifestyle content, etc), it’s good to be back home.
And of course, me being me, I started one day before the presidential election. Why do things easy?
